Golden Baked Hams™ was founded in 1985 solely to produce and sell spiral cut hams. the original idea was to produce an alternative to the nationally known brand name and to provide customers with a product that contained less sodium (salt) and fat than the national brand.

Golden Baked Hams™ is a Federally registered, trademarked product. Every Golden Baked Ham™ is individually produced and each ham as the “star” gland (a whole bunch of fat) carved out before the ham is glazed and weighed. Therefore, our customers are receiving a product that contains less salt and less fat than other brands. In short, our hams are a much healthier product!

In 2003, Colleen and Frank Stefano purchased the Golden Baked Hams™ store in Yorba Linda, California and introduced the Stefano’s concept of providing customers with “outstanding food with great service at reasonable prices.”

The Stefano Family combined their Italian heritage of great food and hospitality with Golden Baked Hams™ to form an Italian Deli / Café in Yorba Linda. Introducing their famous Panini sandwiches along with fresh deli salads, soups, and specialty catering, the Stefano family has established  themselves in the local community as “the place for food, catering, and those wonderful holiday hams!

Today, Stefano’s Golden Baked Hams™ offers over forty different sandwiches, separate entrée salads, and wraps. Numerous deli salads are made fresh every day and there are always at least two “soups of the day.”

In addition, Stefano’s Golden Baked Hams™ is one of the premier catering companies in Orange County offering both hot and cold catering, on-site services, and is more than happy to consider custom requests from our guests.

Last but not least, Stefano’s Golden Baked Hams™ continues to offer outstanding Golden Baked Hams, still individually produced in Yorba Linda, each one carefully trimmed of fat and hand glazed.
